Hi folks,
I have been adding in a few treats - a chocolate ice cream, a small bread roll - here and there while trying to steady the ship and keep portion sizes down. I don't intermittently fast as such but I don't always eat between 20.00 at night and 12.00 next day. I sometimes feel (emotionally) deprived but never hungry. I just ate half a delicious chocolate chip muffin someone brought to work this morning. It was good but actually not as good as I imagined. Nearly every time I eat baked goods I get that feeling, so maybe I shall go back to cutting them out altogether. Weightwise, I'm holding steady just but at about 2 kg over where I'd like to see the top of my weight range. With Christmas coming up, I need to stay on top of things. At least the ice creams will be less tempting in winter!! :-)
