Feeling mean and sorry
I have been so crabby lately. I can admit it now, I work at a place where everyone is so friendly. That's not the bad part, the bad part is all of the cookies and treats that everyone brought in and passed around last week. The thick home made chocolate chip cookies, the candy, the other homemade goodies. I was able to not eat any, but everyone, and I mean everyone around me did. My friends, who are on the South Beach diet even said that they were just breaking there diets for the rest of the year, and eating everything that was set in front of them. I almost gave in a few times, but made it. (I am on vacation until Jan. 3rd) I have been so crabby though. The only thing that has made it worth it, was I pulled out a pair of jeans that just 2 weeks ago, (size 8) I couldn't even get up over my butt, and put them on this morning They are still tight, but I didn't care if I had to butter my thighs to get them on, I was going to make myself feel like it was worth it to not eat all of the goodies. Now, I just have to figure out a way to make it up to people. (the fact that I was a total Bitch). Any suggestions??
