Anyway, I'm excited to be on here to learn a lot about getting to my ideal weight and staying there. I for one am excited that I get to start this battle (again) with Oprah. How cool that someone like herself would slip back - she's human too.

Hello Jilly!! Welcome here. I have been following Oprah too and wish you and her the best!! Oprah shows us that she is human and that life happens and gets in the way of what we should be doing to stay on top of things. Happened to me this year too. Good luck to us next year!!!
