Question about ketosis.

Is this true "Ketosis strains the liver". I found this statement here http://www.dieting-review.com/proteinpower.htm I know it's a review fro Protein Power but it says Atkins is the same.

What they are talking about ( an don't know it ) is ketoacidosis. Ketosis is the natural process the body performs when burning fat. Many have made this mistaken assumption. There is a section in Dr. Atkins book on this subject.

Thanks, I guess I really didn't know or remember what ketoacidosis was so I was confused.
