Hungry Girl Diet

I know this is old but, the hungry girl site really makes me mad. I remember reading on her page a few years back that
she cut out all starchy carbs and sugar to lose her 40 pounds but that’s been scrubbed from the page and now she pushes a low fat high carb diet
on her page and in all her books. WTH?
