Has anyone heard of the 10 day low carb cycling. My friend told me it is really effective. on the 10th night you can have carbs for five hours. The next day you go right back on 30 per day but for 7 days and carbs on the 7th night. I guess she read an article about it but couldn't remember the name. I am stalled on my current Slim fast plan for the last 5 days and I need to try something else. Any info is appreciated.
