I posted for the first time yesterday on the Introduction area, and while people before and after me have gotten lots of responses, I have received none. I also noticed that the little blue envelope next to my post has a little black dot on it, and no one elses does. What does this mean?

And, how can I get to the area where I can change my weight stats? I can't figure out how to get there again...

Some people don't get a response. From time to time I try to rectify that, but it does happen pretty frequently.

I suspect the reason your intro post has had no responses yet is because you mentioned doing Schwarzbein. Unfortunately we don't have many folk doing Schwarzbein at present, so people reading your post may have assumed you only wanted to hear from other members following that plan.
Nevertheless, I'd like to welcome you here and now.

The little black dot means it is a thread where you have posted. If you go to the bottom of the page from any forum, you will see what the envelopes etc mean.
