That's the word my mother used, too! Wonder where it came from.

Well I wondered if I was going to jump in, but decided I would. Can never keep my opinions to myself. LOL

I was having a difficult time with my lower digestive track. I was desperate since my idea of living doesn't include downing several doses of Immodium and Pepto Bismo. So I googled it.

It was suggested that I include Digestive Enzymes and a good Probiotic. It has worked like magic so far!! I can eat my fat and even Coconut oil without a problem. Just a suggestion for anyone having a similar problem

20 carbs doesn't necessarily equal 20 grams of vegetables. 20 grams of vegetables is less than half an ounce.

You can eat a whole lot of veggies for 20 grams of net carbs.

Default Problem SOLVED!!!

Today, I added and ate some psyllium.
A teaspoon at both meals.
Few hours later, no more constipation! No worries.

No keeping fats and proteins and waste
inside my body longer than necessary.

Cheers!

So glad you found something that worked for you.

Look for chelated magnesium. Or soak in an Epsom salts bath.
