I don't think it makes any difference, unless you're having something like chili where you might have a lot of concentrated carbs in your tomato paste, onion, etc. As long as you're having your protein and ample fat along side, you're fine spreading it out however you like, especially if you're not subtracting fiber and you're sticking to the acceptable foods list and induction rules.
