This looks yummy also... can I use strong coffee if I don't have access to espresso? Thanks! Your recipes look amazing!

Hi Brenjmull,

1/4 tsp. of liquid Sugar Twin = 1 tsp. of bulk sweetener, such as measures-like-sugar Splenda. Since the recipe is not cooked, add whatever your sweetener of choice is to taste.

I made this last week and even though I do not care for coffee ~ this was excellent. I used my Food Processor for the ricotta. Thank you for this recipe Karen! *Ü*

You're welcome! I kind of like the graininess of the ricotta, so I don't blend in in a food processor.

You can make it plain, flavour it with vanilla, and serve it fresh berries too.
