Hope you're feeling better Kit! I totally understand the whole tooth/teeth thing.
My mouth is killing me too! And I think that's why I appear to be losing more... I guess some of it will come back, but I'll take it now! LOL

Hope things get better for both of us with our mouths soon!

How's everyone doing? I am finally seeing movement in the scale after a long stall (actually up and down three pounds for a month.) I was feeling like I wouldn't even be close to 199 by Christmas but my attitude has changed and I think I might be close!!!!!!

Hope everyone else is feeling great and chugging along!!!!!

I have those up and downs a lot too. And while they drive me nuts, I do try to just ignore them as much as possible. As long as the ups don't continue up, up, up... I'm OK.

Today is weigh in day for me. Down to 203.5! Oh so close, yet so far away!!

The hardest thing for me (in my mind anyway) will be getting there and moving on past it! I've been at 199 about 4 years ago, and then when I hit that magic number it seems I just started celebrating myself right back up!

This time, mini goal is 197 and then I must keep it going down!

How's everyone else??

Melanie, glad to hear you broke that stall! Hopefully you'll see lots more movement downward now that your body is letting some of it go!

Good Luck Everyone! And check in!!

I have already decided what my "celebration" is going to be!!! (Not food!) I have always wanted a pair of Ohio State jeans.....they are quite pricey but have osu stuff embroidered all over them, but they only go up to a size 16 I think. And they are like $100. So next fall when hopefully I am in a smaller size I am going to get me a pair!!!!

Just want to jump in here and cheer you all on!!

I hope to be in "Onederland" sometime in the not-too-distant future myself. I know I won't make it by Christmas, but I will make it eventually (maybe sometime in the Spring?)

Go girls, go!!

The best Christmas gift I could get it to be in onederland. I was stuck for the past two weeks. The past few days I am finally moving. I have 34 lbs to hit onederland. I don't think it will happen but maybe by Valentines day???

Who knows. Maybe I will have a huge weight loss and hit it.

Good luck again to all of you. Happy wishes for onederland to all

Well, my weight had bounced up a few pounds. There have been a couple of changes so first I think I'll change the rotisserie chicken. I don't know how they season it, so I'll just roast my own at home. I may still have some once in a while. If that doesn't help, then I'll half my sweet potato portion (down to a ¼ potato).

I may just let the potatoes run out (I only have one more half) and switch to green beans or salad.

Unfortunately, I'm very familiar with this pattern! I just have to ride it out this time and not give in.

I am down to 46 LBS lost. That means I only need to lose 31 LBS in two months. It will be tough with the Holidays and such but I have come this far and I can't stop now.

It almost bring a tear in my eye. I haven't been under 200 in 18 years. I am so ready for my new life. It would great to start 2009 a new thinner me

Welcome Char!

I'm an extremely slow loser these days... I'm guessing it's my age (oh, and mebbie love of wines! LOL), but I'm not complaining...

I want to not only hit onderland, but STAY below the big ugly line throughout the Christmas holidays!

Glad you joined us! And good luck to you!

We'll all make it if we work hard enough... and if not, any loss during the holidays will be a gift in itself!

Thanks for the Welcome Pammieanne!

I haven't joined any challenges for a long time and feel it's time for me to put a push onto some more weight loss. When I saw this thread, I thought....YES...that's the one for me. I want to get to Onederland again. I have been there before, but it didn't last long. I want to stay there permanently! Maybe the support of all of you here will get me there and keep me there!

I've been doing very well since I joined this thread and have lost a couple of pounds already this week. I'm now at 208.4, so not too long and I should see Onederland!

How is everyone else doing?
