I started walking this week... hoping that will help me hit the 207 - 20 lb mark - this week! Of course TOM is here right now, so might take another day or two...

Hope everyone is doing well!

Staying in Onderland... Amen!! I hit it 3 years ago, for about a week. It seemed that once I hit 199, I celebrated in all the wrong ways... sigh.

This time though it's different. I really intend to make 197 only a mini goal and continue downward!!

Only 3 more to go? That's so awesome!! Good Luck on keeping the downward motion after that!!

i havent been in onederland in about 9 years... yikes. 22 pounds to go. im so afraid that when i get there i will also begin to slip. thats why i found it wise to make a second goal immediately after i get to onederland. its 199 by christmas and 163 by the end of may

My weight got stuck for about a week and a half. I don't know if it was because I'm exercising more or what. Its finally moving again though. I'm pretty sure I can't make onederland by Christmas. I would have to lose 33.4 more pounds, that's pretty much an impossible goal. I'll stick with it though to see how close I can get.

I have noticed for the past two months... I only lose once a month! WTF? Although, tomorrow is my official weigh in day (although I weigh daily, I only count Tuesday's)... and it looks like I'll have a loss... it seems it only comes once a month! Ugh, talk about frustrating!

Anyone else experience this? I guess as long as I lose each and every month I'm happy, but it would be nice to see the loss each week instead of once a month!

We had Sonny's again. My weight's back up again. I'm not sure if it's the green beans (seasoning) or the sweet potato. (That, I'm supposed to start adding back in.). I may end up going back to P1 for two weeks. I'd like to get a little more off. I know P2 is supposed to be the OWL, but that didn't happen. It's allowed to stay on P1 for four weeks. I haven't been adding the sp every day anyway, so I guess I'm more P1.5

Either way, next time we eat at Sonny's, I'm not getting the green beans. I'll pick another side my DH wants to eat..

205.5 as my 'official' weigh in this week... hopefully that'll stick, but if it doesn't, I just ignore the gain

It seems I bounce to a new low, then either stay there or add on a pound or two until the next woosh.

I seem to only woosh these days. No constant weight loss... sigh. Frustrating, yet rewarding when if finally happens!

I did FINALLY hit 20 pounds lost! I am not 22 pounds lighter than when I started here!

First mini goal is only 8 pounds away! Woo Hoo!!
