Anybody know of any good doctors in the New York area who are supportive of the low-carb lifestyle? I need to pick a new physician by the end of the week, and I don't want to go to somebody who's going to just turn up their nose at my diet. It's been two years and counting on this thing; at this point a doctor who doesn't like it is just going to annoy me, and fast!
