Default Low Fat Foods are Making You Fatter

Posting this Truth Bomb for students and millennials in the Media section.
Adam busts some dietary myths wide open...to an entirely new audience.

Adam Ruins Everything is a popular show and this clip was from an episode on TruTV two nights ago. Although DH and I are in our late 60s, we have a 25 yo and so are exposed to, ahem, a wide range of media experiences.

Adam goes into the whole Keys vs Yudkin debate on this clip and the on to explain, in the broadest and funniest way, That low fat foods are making you fatter, how weight loss works, too much sugar stuffed into low fat foods, etc.

The whole episode is about 30 minutes for you TruTV fans
