ok now i really need you all to come running to my rescue!
i live in denmark and over here thare have just been made a BIG ( 42.000 women) investigation of dieting and such.
i havent read it myself but all the papers quote it all the time these days. the main focus is that women who do atkins had the highest death rate when compared to women who didnt diet or did some sort of lowfat..
personally i dont really believe this and i dont know what the facts of
the investigation are but its a big fuzz here in denmark right now and im offcourse a prime target . i hate that i have to defend my WOL all the time and i could really need some good advice on how to handle that.
