Question How much fat is allowed in SP??

OK, I have the SP book but I am confused as to fat. I mean is it ok to use oil on salads and in cooking meat and etc. Also, I just found out that I have a severe yeast overgrowth in my body and that I am allergic to eggs, milk, and cheese. Does anyone have any good recipes for me?? In the past I have done Atkins but I used a lot of cream, cream cheese, and sour cream..now that is all gone if I want to feel better and lose this extra 63 pounds.

Thanks
amanda

Default All the fat you want!

Amanda - fat is your friend! It will help you to feel full! You'll find plenty of discussion on this board about fat if you run a search on it clicking on the Search function in the upper right corner.

As for non-dairy...I believe Karen may have experiemented (and perhaps continuest to) with avoiding dairy. You could check out her journal. There are plenty of dairy-free recipes in the recipe link above and all over the Internet!

Good luck,

Lisa
