Default Food Question

I made this soup last night it was wonderful. I need some help in finding out if it was low carb or not. I was making vetable beef soup for my family and thought boy it sure would be nice to have soup for supper but, the soup I make for them has noodles and potatoes. So I made for myself what I hope to be low carb. I cut up some cabbage, half a onion, a small can of stewed tomatoes, a little broccoli and hamburger. I let this all cook together until the vegetables were tender. Would this be considered low carb? I hope so, I would love to have it again sometime.

Thanks!
Diane

Why don't you figure out the carb count using the carb counter? It's a great way to learn what is carby and what is not.
