Got up at 4:30 am.

4:45 am 18/3. I just couldn't ride very fast this am

5:00 pm 17/3

9:30 pm 14.48/3 I think this is the fastest that I have done 3 miles.

Someone laughed when I told them I was riding 3 miles in 15 minutes. I really thought I was doing good. They said it was not really riding a bicycle. Now I wonder if I should do it anymore. How many miles must I do to equal 1 mile on a regular bike?

Wow!!! I can't believe it. 18 days. I usually give up after a week or so. They say that 30 days make a habit. So I would like to get there.

I have found that I really enjoy riding now. Especially after dh figured out why my back was hurting during riding. LOL The handle bars were on backwards. I kept telling him something just wasn't right. I am real short, I know but that was a real disadvantage.

I feel so bad. I haven't posted anything in here in several days. School has been so hectic. I probably will have trouble this week as well.

Here is my exercise for the last few days:

2005-8-27 Bicycling, Stationery: moderate 178

2005-8-25 Bicycling, Stationery: moderate 178
2005-8-24 Bicycling, Stationery: moderate 189

I wasn't able to get my 3 rides in some days, but a couple of days I went for 20 minutes and 4 miles.
