Glad you started a gym log! Take your time and when you get your energy, I look forward to reading what you're up to!

Best of luck!

Thumbs up

Hi there Angel I figured I'd pop in here since you came to visit me. Starting up a gym log is a great way to track progrress and losses (inches and lbs) Have you taken measurements? It's a sure way to see just how far you've come. Often you wont get an accurate picture of things with the scale - specially if you're lifting any weights.

Enjoy the first few weeks of your new WOL before you start working out. You body does need this time to adjust to burning a new type of fuel. If you've never worked out before easing yourself into it is advised. There are some great threads in the main exercise forum for beginners and more advanced exercisers, alike. If you've been working out pre LC then give yourself time to get back up to your old level of intensity. You'll get there - and possibly go beyond, never fear.

Cheers,
Nat
