Default the secret to LOW CARB SUCCESS!

I absolutly LOVE this book!!! It covers Atkins and Protine Power and the carbohydrate adict and many other low carb plans.....it primarily covers the basics of low-carbing and it is a great source of knowledge!

Anyone agree? dissagree?? Never heard of it???

What I liked most about the book is - it tells you what to expect, what it will be like - how thousands (millions?) have been through the same things before.
