"Sea salt and Himalayan salt are better because they contain trace minerals." Trace. Not biologically significant, just trace. Good source of salt, but so is table salt.

I didn't really take the time to learn or understand how to improve my life in terms of what I eat. Maybe if I just think good things, I can still shovel in all the junk I've grown (heh) accustomed to...
