Welcome to the best, most supportive forum for LC eating.

My best advice to you is to stick to the plan and be patient. The body took a while to get where it is, and has to learn how to run on the new fuel you're giving it. Depending upon how long you've been eating the StandardAmericanDiet (hereafter known as SAD) you may be holding some toxins and may experience discomfort. But if you stick with the program, you'll get beyond that to a state of Zero hunger and a feeling of well being, followed by fat loss and better health.

When you need reinforcing, come back to the forum and check out peoples' journals. Read success (and failure) stories so you know there's hope and you're not alone.

Good luck. You can do this. We are.
