Default Hoping 5th Time's a Charm

I'm not new to a low carb (Atkins) lifestyle but I have fallen off the wagon more times than I care to count. I am the first to admit that I am a weak person when it comes to food, and especially so when I'm stressed.

Sure glad to find this forum with like-minded folks. I need an enormous amount of support and I do believe I will find it here with so much wonderful information you all share.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to everyone.

Thank you for the invite to PM. This goes both ways! Yes, the starting over scene is so familiar to me now, I don't even sweat it anymore. But I am a bit more desperate now that I'm getting older. Fat seems to come off much slower after a certain age.
