I've just got my blood test back and my total Cholestrol is 371. Really?
I never seen anyone with a number that high. Not sure what to make of it?
I've been LCHF 80/15/5 for about five months and am in nutritional ketosis (blood check) since months.
My GP seem uninterested and made me an appointment with the dietist. I'm not overweight
anymore, just on the higher end of normal BMI but suspect I eat a bit too much since I'm not
losing anymore but easily maintaining.
I would be so grateful for any comments and help understanding what this means for a LCHF'er since
I'm not having any luck with my GP. I've converted to mg/dl and calculated ratios.
Here are my test results- bad numbers in bold. Non-fasting and I'm not
diabetic and all other blood results were fine including thyroid.
