Default Low Carb Foods in Australai

Hi. Does anyone know of web sites or stores that sell a good range of Low Carb Foods in Australia. I'm particularly intersted in Keto products. If anyone knows where to buy them or other LC foods that would be great? Thanks.

On a lighter note: most grocery stores sell meat, fish, eggs, chicken, butter, oil, vegetables and salad. So there is no shortage of REAL food that we can eat.

Default breakfast cereals

True, but not keen on eggs every day for breakfast. Low carb breakfast cereals are great way to start the day.

These brand name lc breakfast cereals are a rip off. Make your own- just look at the ingredients on the side panel- you can get them all at HFS's and do it yourself.

Here's one I do: mix together freshly ground linseeds (flax- use golden), almond slivers, other chopped nuts, lightly ground sunflower seeds, coconut, rolled oats, rolled barley flakes and saute lightly in macadamia oil. Then sweeten with AS of choice and sprinkle with cinnamon. I also add whey PI to this to make it more filling so that I eat less of it.

This should really not be eaten daily uless you are exercising a lot and/or are close to maintenance. The starches in it are low GI, and this is the sort of thing Atkins recommends in Atkins for life.. I eat it on mornings I do aerobics only.

Another change from eggs is to make pancakes using ground pork crackles and psillium in place of flour.
