Default "Portable" snacks. Any ideas?

Good morning to all!

Looking around here I found some good ideas for snacking at the office. Well, I have another problem. Some times I have to visit customers outside the office. I may leave the office from early in the morning and return late in the evening. So I need something which I can put it in my bag and take it with me. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Absolutely! PEPPERONI CHIPS is the way to go. Heat the oven to 450 degrees and line a baking pan with foil. Arrange the desired amount of pepperoni on the baking sheet and pop in the oven. Check after 6-8 mins to see how they're looking. They're gonna get crispier as they cool so keep that in mind. I also do this in the microwave for a quick snack (I nuke them on high for about 1 min on a microwave safe dish).

Pork rinds. I also found a trapper style beef jerky that only has 2 carbs for the whole bag.

you can also make cheese "chips"--heat oven to about 400, spray the bottom of a baking pan with nonstick spray, beat one egg and stir in about 3/4 cup shredded cheese (i use cheddar most of the time), drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake about 8 minutes (this is only a guesstimate of time--I just watch them til they start bubbling and browning on top). remove from oven and loosen edges, allow to cool and crisp. a nice version of cheese nips.
