Cool Grocery list for 30 day solution??

I just re-read my copy of the Eades 30 day low carb solution. Does anyone know if there is a grocery list for the 30 days??? Guess I am being lazy but why reinvent the wheel if a list is avaiable?

Default 30 day menu planner

I am thinking of buying this book but I need to know if the planner includes normal food not far out stuff. I want to keep this program simple.
Thanks for any info.

Default my grocery list for pp.........

I am switching from Atkins to PP. The main change for me is the addition of low carb bread, or wraps or rolls at some meals. It's not that I crave the carbs. It's just that I hate eating burgers or hot dogs with a knife and fork! Which makes me want to ditch the diet! The PP carb counts of 30-50 a day for me are way more "doable" for me than trying to obsess about "5-gram increments" of carbs per week!

After about five successful weeks on Atkins I've realized that I need a little more "freedom". I would rather have the WL slow down than stop! I bought the PP 30-day version on Kindle for iPad.

Here are some items on my shopping list: eggs, swiss cheese, frozen spinach, deli roast beef, ham, bologne, low carb mixed veggies: onions, peppers etc, cream/or half and half, string cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, Italian Style diced tomatoes, steak, sausage, chicken with skin, fresh salad greens.

Corvette 11:the foods seem to be normal food plus there is so much flexibility. I really like that particular Eades book. Definitely recommend it!
Shannone10- I feel exactly the same way. The range of foods is much easier to follow!

Thanks for all the info. I have been on the PP solution for 5 days and I am down 4.5 lbs. My formula so far is 1500 cal, 30 carbs, and 109 protein. I have to watch my calories. For years I haven't been able to find what it would take to go down my 100 lbs but I think if I follow this PP diet, I may make it this time.
I use a program Weight-By-Date that I found on the web and it is great. Such a nice tool and user friendly. Similar to the one on the WW program.
I think I will order the 30 day carb book.

Hi guys! I fell off the low carb wagon several years ago when I got married :>O Anyway, reading this thread about an hour ago, I took the plunge and got the 30 day plan on kindle from amazon and just perused it. So thank you all for being here and discussing this plan...it was just what I needed!
