Mon, Mar 2 - 30 minutes yoga + 3 miles ~ 4 mph - 45 minutes
Tues, Mar 3 - 3 miles ~ 4 mph - 45 minutes

I think I did pretty good on my week of workouts...I at least held true to my "gym journal" title of 30 Minutes or more. There were a few times this week that I almost decided not to do a workout but I reminded myself to try and get at least 30 minutes in. Even if it is not doing a lot for me physically, it helps to keep me in the routine...hopefully I'll add some yoga in this next week
