Ok so after reading pages 1-14 in this thread, I still have confusion as to when these supplements should be taken. 12 weeks on, four weeks off, five days a week and weekends off, etc. I was just wondering if it would work if I only took HydroxyCut, which is what I have right now, only on the days that I work out. This would be around three or four times a week. So in better words, probably every other day. I don't know if it will have the same effect since it won't be taken at a consistent rate or whatever. hmmm..
Ok then, any help would be good as to when I should take it.
Also, which pills are the best? Hydroxy Cut, Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine, etc.
Maybe someone should make a survey thingy because I sure as heck am not too sure how to do one yet!
I am really getting amazed as to how fascinating all of this stuff is. I can be here at my laptop for hours on end just reading through these forums.
