I'll use the .0 to keep formatting consistent. Since Nov 2017 I've been rounding up or down to nearest pound. Less maddening. Maybe someday I can that that idea and just use 10 lb increments or 5. When someone askes what my weight is I round to 10 and say "around 210" which happens to be extremely accurate the last week

I don't do too much cheering for any weight loss here, in my view it is simple, plain, matter of fact - the number is, essentially, meaning-less - Perhaps with the exception of Doctors, Insurance Companies Windsurfing Boards and Airplane Seatbelts.
