Hey Wanda! Your food looks good. That roasted red pepper salad w/goat cheese sounds delicious.

It was "to die for". I can't stop thinking about it!

I want to get strong like you all. I can't get beyond 12 lb dumbells for shoulders and on some days I can barely make that.

Hey, look how well you're doing in everything else! It'll come, kiddo. I think I'm at my max weight for shoulders. I can't seem to go beyond that, so you have time to catch up!

I really really was Wanda. Not for public viewing but you will get to see them and you have to be brutally honest.

I might be honest, but not BRUTALLY honest. LOL, are you a masochist? In my experience we always think we look much worse than we really are.
When I went to see my doc about my thyroid, he said he thought that I look really good. Of course, I had to reply..... would you like to see me naked? It's an entirely different picture!
He didn't know what to say, the poor guy. Although it's a good thing he didn't call my bluff!

About TOM, I hate when that happens. It might come early then.

Oh, don't say that! I want to be a calorie burning machine as long as possible.
LOL, you know me and my need to ovulate!
I also like to stretch it out as long as possible, since I only get about 7-9 days instead of the average 14 days.
I've been crampy since the day or so before I ovulated and it hasn't stopped. This is only day 2 of my luteal phase (that's the phase after ovulation). I read that ovarian inflammation can occur at the time of ovulation, so I'll hope that's it. I have endometriosis, but I don't ever remember getting cramps this early - the endometrial cramps normally occur during TOM.
I AM nattering on about nothing, it seems. But since I know how much you suffer from cramps, you're a kindred spirit.
