Question need site for AUSTRALIAN recipes! LC of course!
OK guys HELP ME! I am in need of recipes I can actually follow in australia, alot of the recipes listed seem great but I am unable to get some of the ingredients here, I am hoping you can all send me links or ideas,tips or recipes that I can follow. Is there an aussie low carb recipe site? thanks guys.

Well, there's Carb Lite. You'll find the web address in "Useful ANZ Links."

If you have a good look through our recipe sites, you'll find many that are suitable. I'm sure I'm not the only Aussie who's posted several.

What ingredients in particular do you mean? Perhaps someone here will be able to come up with a substitution. Otherwise Karen can usually help.

you know the ANZ links,,, i thought it was for the bank ANZ so i never looked in there ever,,, I dont bank with them,,lol,, thanks

anyone intesested I found this great aussie site, consists of chocolate mousse,,, and orange dream,, there are not many recipes but they have al the carb counts there,,, and its all the stuff us aussies can buy... heres the link
