Hi, Amanda. Sorry it took so long to notice your post.
It is probably about 60-75 grams a day. I find I have to watch the nuts at snack time. It is easy to over-eat. One week I gained a pound. That could have been because I ate too many nuts or maybe it was a gain in muscle. I really don't know. But just in case, I watch the nuts closely.
