Default Can I Maintain My Success?

Lost 40 pounds on CAD/CALP. Great success and very thankful that the cravings are completely gone.

I have come to the forum hoping to find help maintaining and also insight to help my family who have all jumped on the plan too!

Any long term maintainers, please let me know what you think is the key.

There are two forums here where it may be better to ask your question.
And Maintainers:
I don't follow CAD, but a lower carb diet with IF, and have maintained for 7 years. All the best,
