Fell off the Apple Cart
Well guys, I fell of the apple cart and gained 17 lbs over the past 6 weeks, so now that christmas is over, I'm back on a modified fat fast. I'll lose it pretty fast thought, cause I don't have a problem staying on the WOL when I'm on it. I'm just a freakin' sugar addict, and "cain't say no."

You can do it...but you should buy "Atkins for Life" and realize that we just cant have the sugar anymore... OR
many have done this successfully.....buy the CAD book... you could actually have your icecream at dinner time each day in a moderate amount without it hurting you.... I am always pulling for you and always hoping you'll come back and be a player here again  |

Back on the Wagon
Well, guys I'm back on the wagon. I've gained 14 lbs. since these picturesover Thanksgiving and Xmas. My pants don't fit any more and I can totally tell that my body is mad at me. So wish me luck. I want to get bakc to 179 by the end of Feb.

Wishing you lots of luck getting those pounds off!! I know you can do it!! I have a real problem with sugar too, so its best to just stay away!!
Just getting back to the induction phase is what I have read here to get those nasty pounds offso if you can handle it, I think that would be great!!
