Hi I am a 48 year old female with Osteoarthritis and diverticulosis/diverticulitis , after feeling unwell every evening after my main meal I decided to try low carb it's very early days but going well with no cravings so far ,any advice would be very welcome as I need all the help I can get I need to lose a lot of weight so fingers crossed .
