Default Help with the last 20.

I have lost (almost) 100lbs! YAY! But I seem to be stalling in the 150īs with my goal being 135. One day I will be 150 and the next 155.

Any tips to help kick this last 20?

A little hystory. I am in ketosis. I have a condition that restricts my activity. I can not strain, run, no impact or lifting etc...

I have heard of but know nothing about fat fasting, anyone know of this?

Help me kick this last 20?

Primordial there is such a thing as a "set point" with our body..Sometimes the body is very hesitant to drop below this number..It is a safety mechanism to keep fat stores on the body in case of starvation, that dates back thru our genes to the "Primordial " times..I know that you have the number of 135 in your mind as ideal, but ask yourself truthfully,is it really a ideal weight?? Looking at your current picture, you actually look very thin to me,and I know this sounds crazy to you,but I think you could use 10 pounds added back on...I know I'm crazy right? Well I don't see a full picture of you,but your husband and friends do...Why not ask them if they think you should lose another 20 pounds?? I think you may be surprised at the answers...Just my thoughts...I wish you all the best..You have been thru so much and deserve all the happiness and fulfillment you can get!!!

Wow, you must feel and look great! Congratulations!

I've noticed that there are quite a few "sucess stories" here who have exceeded their initial goal. It seems like they did the OWL thing pretty carefully. In other words, they were very careful about slowly adding some "good" carbs back into their diet. And the "bonus" pounds came off as a matter of course.... And I'm hoping that will happen with me. Now I'm hoping that it will happen to both of us!
