Default i lost 20 lbs...need to jerk my body out of stall

hi guys, i read here that the meat and egg diet, can jerk the stalls pretty quick. but i don't think i am out of ketosis at all... i still have the taste in my mouth. do u think me not drinking enough water could stall the weight loss...even though i am eating right...??
i lost 20 lbs... wayyyyyyyy quick. i can't really explain how? it just happened... but now i am stalling... i think it's water intake...
i am thinking i should go on meat an egg... and increase water intake...
but my questions is how long does it take for you guys to get out of stall...in a day.. or two?
and also, what kind of food should i eat if i want to see dramatic results in the abdomen area... it seems like i am loosing everywhere but my abs

help... i would use any help that worked on you guys...

I think you are stalling because you lost about 10% of your body weight - or maybe in your case a little more %wise - it is pretty typical to stall at that point - you're just shifting gears - you aren't "in a stall" according to Atkins until you've had no change for 4 weeks (at least that's how I remember it) -
so just keep going - this to will pass.
