Default Help I Cant Stop Over Eatting!!

I was doing real good, still am (sorta). I havent cheated or anything but I cant stop eatting.
I got this major hunger attack and have been eatting everything in sight.
First I had some flower seeds, then a fried egg, then a string cheese, a chicken breast chopped up with some mayo, an olive, some pork rinds, about 4 walnut halfs, and lots of water. (In that order) It was all low to no carb but am I over doing it? Is it going to hurt my loss by eatting so much? That was just lunch. Help I feel like my old over eatting self

When I first started out on Atkins, I experienced the very same thing. It will pass. I think your body is adjusting to this new way of eating.

And in the meantime, don't worry about overeating- eat until you are full, and if you are still hungry, wait a bit, and eat a little more. As long as you are sticking with the proper foods, you will most likely not hinder your weight loss.

If you could, I would try to stay away form the LC candies for now...they may be triggering your cravings, though I don't know how you have been incorprating them into your diet priorly. I would try really, really hard to avoid those for now.

By the way, you are drinking plenty of water, yes? When I was craving so much food like you are, I found that instead of eating something, firstly drinking 32 ounces of water helped immensely. (And then eating if I was truely hungry.)
