congrats on having a great time camping, staying OP and losing weight! Just keep on doing what you are doing!
Yesterday we went to a friends house for a day on a iake- just spent the whole day swimming. They ahd wine, fruit and cheese and crackers- I had a bottle of water and just plain cheese.
We went out to dinner. Tonight I cooked!

today
cm:usual 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, cheeese, coffee
cm:cottage cheese, green tea
rm:salad, spinach, small steak, margarita, 6 pita chips, about 1/4 c calimari, water
tomorrow, wed and thursday DH is working late. I am going to get some stuffed chicken breasts that I can throw in the oven and they are great cold for cm lunch. I'd rather eat home and make a nice dinner for me!
