Default Non fat Dry Milk?

I wasnt sure if nonfat dry milk powder is allowed in Phase 1 or not. I couldnt find it anywhere?
I would like to use it as my "creamer" in the morning coffee instead of the Evaporated milk, since here I can only find full fat vitamin D enriched Evaporated Milk.

Judy?

ok Judy
it has
Non Fat Dry Milk
Vitamin a Palmitate and Vitamin D3
Those are the only 3 ingredients
Servings size and Nutritional Value 1/3 cup is the serving size and is has 80 calories 0 from fat, Cholseterol is less than 5 mg
125mg Sodium
390 mg Potassium
12g Carbs
Sugarrs 12g
Protein 8 grams

Now I would use only about 1TBSP of it in the Coffee, that times 3 for the 3 Mugs I have per day.

What you say? Good or not?
