I'm on Phase II and I want to eat at Quizno's in November. Does anyone know the ingredients in their bread?

It'd help if you go to their web site and look up their ingredients first. Then bring them here and post them. With the info, I can help you learn how to figure these things out.

Be very careful with flour and bread in general. It was a great hinderance to weight loss for me. I can have a bit in maintenance but not much at all in weight loss mode. Unless I am doing a lot of exercise. Or in other words, if I'm not going to burn it, I'd better not be eating it.

Does this make any sense to you?

If Quiznos is really something you want. You might try eating the sandwich open faced. Meaning just using 1/2 the bread like keeping the bottom slice or which ever is thinnest removing the other 1/2. If you can get a lettuce leaf you can use that as the topper.
Not sure if this would work for you just an idea.

But I'd have to say just becareful as its a slippery slop if you aren't careful. I know I shouldn't eat bread/buns as it causes cravings/wants for more.
