Default You all ROCK! Thank you!

All of these ideas are so helpful! So many foods that I forgot about.

Wasn't in a rut, but certainly was sticking to some basics to make it easier to prep a few days ahead.

Thank you, thank you and keep it coming! We can never have too much help. I strive to learn something new every day...

I love flAckers (see recipe forum), but I buy them premade. They are 1 net carb, but the remaining carbs are fiber not some sketchy ingredient.

If you are avoiding dairy and nuts, I would top with baba gnoiush, egg /chicken/tuna salad, mashed avocado, or even a tapenade if it isn't too salty for you.

Those sound awesome. Found a few recipes that I can't wait to try. I think they would be great with artichoke dip too. Thanks!

I also like snacking on pickled things - olives, baby dills, sauerkraut, sometimes with a slice or two of cheddar or Swiss cheese. They do have salt and carbs but not so much in measured amounts.

Sometimes I like just making a fuss over my snacks and the presentation. One of my latest favorites lately is slices of radish each with a little smear of herbed cheese topped with a slice of black olive. I can make a plate of those for only a few total carbs.

If you like hot you can munch on some jalapenos...they are near zero calorie and have no carbs.
