I did make this for dinner last week, and it was AMAZING! Topped it with some sharp cheddar and sour cream - delicious!

Interesting! I live in Cincinnati while not at school. Skyline chili is great. And for those who don't know, it is supposed to be kind of "soupy". Very rarely I'll have a can of the stuff, it is sooo delicious. I've heard out of towners can really hate it though.

I finally made this. I love it! Mine has the consistency of very thick chili, probably because I used 2 small cans of tomato paste instead of tomato sauce (TJ's didn't have sauce).

I couldn't believe it used 1/4 cup of chili powder! I always thought I used a lot of chili powder in my chili... whoo wee! I also doubled the cayenne pepper... "Some Like it Hot".

BTW: This is my favorite breakfast food right now.

You know, I always loved this recipe way before living the lowcarb life. I'll have to cook up a batch!

I forgot about this for awhile then remembered it in the middle of the night when I was trying to think of what to feed some guests coming over.

To get an authetic texture, I put mine in the blender ! It works awesome. Top with chopped onions and Homemade cheese crisps for crunch instead of crackers yum yum yum for my tum !
