Default Maintenance: Is this too many carbs?

I'm averaging about 85 total g of carbs per day right now. I don't want to lose any more weight, but I don't want to gain either!

For those in maintenance, how many carbs do you take in per day? I exercise 6 days per week, circuit training for about 25 minutes. Rest of the day I'm either doing housework or sitting down studying.

My carbs are sometimes simple carbs, though I've been trying to avoid bread. I do get in good, low starch veg, but I'd rather not completely cut certain things out of my diet (history of over-restriction leading to not eating for days/eating disorder behavior so I've been instructed not to cut out any one type of food.)

Thanks!

The answer to that question will be in whether or not you regain the weight. Everyone is different. Many people can't go over an induction level of carbs, maybe 20. Some can handle 100 or more.

Mine varies. I have days where I'm upwards of 100, but a typical day would be maybe 30-50. I know I have days where I'm well under 30.
