Im currently takeing the following:

Dietary Supplements
Advanced Formula Centrum which has:
Total Carbohydrate <1g
Vitamin A 3500 IU (29% as Beta Carotene)
Vitamin C 60 mg
Vitamin D 400 IU
Vitamin E 30 IU
Vitamin K 10 mcg
Thiamin 1.5 mg
Riboflavin 1.7 mg
Niacin 20 mg
Vitamin B6 2 mg
Folic Acid 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 6 mcg
Biotin 45 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 10mg
Calcium 108 mg
Iron 18 mg
Phosphorus 50 mg
Iodine 150 mcg
Magnesium 40 mg
Zinc 15 mg
Copper 2 mg
Manganese 1 mg
Chromium 20 mcg
Molybdenum 20 mcg


Calcium 600mg
Magnesium w/ Chelated Zinc 400mg+15mg
Potassium 99mg
B-6 50mg

Metabolife Ultra 2 tabs 3x a day Which has:
Calories 10
Carbs 2g
Thiamin 1.5 mg
Riboflavin 1.7 mg
Niacin 20mg
B-6 5mg
Pantothenic acid 10mg
Magnesium 100mg
Sodium 60mg
Potassium 80mg





Is there anything else I should add in there

I'd take more Vitamin C since it's the one thing that LCers really don't get in the early stages. I take 1-2 GRAMS each day. If you notice painless easy bruising, it's a sure sign that you need more vitamin C.

Fish oil (salmon and fish body oil) for omega 3.

I take 6g a day.
