[FONT=Arial][SIZE=5][COLOR=Indigo]Hooray...after one week on Atkins I have lost 8lbs! Yippee! I am so surprised! I didn't feel hungry...didn't have any cravings and actually had more energy!

Why didn't I do this a long time ago???

I don't know, but many of us wonder the same thing!

Enjoy!

COngratulations! It is really exciting isn't it. What a motivator loosing some weight is. I don't feel hungry either, maybe mildly challanged with keeping the variety of foods in my diet up, but basically thrilled. I also have enjoyed charting what I eat on fit day (and seeing the little chart with the weight going down ). Keep on going!

great start.... but don't forget that this is a way of life, if you go back to your old eating habits when you reach your goal weight.... you will eventually gain it back. I am the proof in the "pudding". I just started back on atkins today and wish I would have stuck with it all along! Best of luck!!!!
