Thumbs up My journey to exercise daily.

I am starting anew to day to get regular exercise. I will walk everyday and lift at the club twice weekly.

My 50th is just 2 months away. I would like to lose 10 pounds and 2 inches around my middle.

There we have it My commitment to myself and all who post here.

Hello

Thanks for your visit to my gym log I see you have no journal so I come here and visit you.

This will be my second round of BFL and this time I am better prepared. I am really looking forward to it. On page 9, and 14, 15 of my gym log I have a few pictures with results from the first round and I hope I will have similar or better ones this time

LOL I only lost 1 pound or so in those pictures. I posted them to show that the scale does lie
