psyllium husks carb count

Just wondering if someone can confirm if psyllium husks has any carb count.
I thought Atkins said that they were all fibre & have no count?? However I was browsing in my local Healthfood store & could have sworn I saw it listed on the nutritional panel that there are 6 grams per 10grams???
Could this be?? Maybe the fibre count hasn't been subtracted. I am a little worried as I have been having 2tbs a day.

Please help!!

Hi Polly,

Relax - their carbs are almost all from fibre.

According to Fitday, 1 tbsp has 4.27 carbs, of which 3.8 are fibre.

I presume your psyllium has nothing added?

Most Australian products have the fibre already subtracted - but not all! I have seen other products where the fibre has not been subtracted, too. Makes life confusing!!!
