Smile Face/Neck Exercise..Need Help Please

Hello. I have been working out since day one of my Low Carb Lifestyle and done well but I really need help with my neck area. I had such a large weight loss for my body structure and hate the loose skin under my neck/chin. Does anyone have a link or advice of a routine to reduce that short of plastic surgery which I don't want. Please email me directly at TNT4kps~msn.com Thanks so much :-)

Default checking ...

Not neglecting this post ... just wanted to say that I am checking with a plastic sugeon that I know to see what you full options are, short of sugery.

From an exercise standpoint, it is know that you can spot BUILD an area and shape the muscles, but to work the muscles of your neck to fil the loose skin will leave you with a larger, more muscular neck which I assume is NOT your goal ...

So, all I can tell you at this point is that the body will SLOWLY "reabsorb" the excess skin. How long that will take really depends on the amount of skin we are talking about ...

Well, I only have a little bit to lose ... and when I peaked on my off-season at 238, I chose 225 as my goal weight to get down to ...

I really don't care too much what the scale says ... I go by what I look like ... and right now I still have a touch more to go before all of my abs show ...
